Refund Policy

All RORA Swim pieces are delivered with DHL, please allow 5-8 day delivery time depending on worldwide location.

All orders are processed Monday-Friday during business hours.

Please note there may at times be delays of which RORA Swim does not have control over.

Orders can not be cancelled via the website once confirmed. In the instance the package is undeliverable, the customer is held responsible for any returns or original shipping charges. In order to prevent this please look out for any delivery attempt notification.

Please note that we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made.

RORA Swim is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please ensure you are familiar with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release.

You are entitled to exchange within 14 business days for a store credit only. Please note that any products must be returned unused in original packing including all tags.
